SUMMARY
Pamela K. Tahim graduated with a J.D. and LLM in Taxation from University of San Diego, School of Law in 2005.
Pamela was the sole recipient in her graduating class of the USD Excellence in Trial Advocacy Award for her achievements in oral advocacy.
As a competitor for the National USD Mock Trial Team, Pamela's team was first in the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego Trial Advocacy Competition
and advanced to the final championship round in the Western Regional Competition of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). Pamela also received the Best Oral Advocate Award for the Appellate Moot Court Competition and the CALI Award for Tax Litigation.
Upon graduation, she was inducted into the USD Order of Barristers.
During law school, Pamela worked as a law clerk in the civil division of the U.S. Attorney's Office and as a student attorney in the USD Tax Clinic. She was also the co-founder of the USD South Asian Law Students Association. Pamela is currently the
President of the South Asian Bar Association, Public Interest Foundation for Southern California. She also serves as the Treasurer and Trustee for the North American South Asian Bar Association Foundation. Pamela is a
member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County bar Association.
Prior to law school, Pamela received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minor in Spanish at UCLA. She is multi-lingual in Spanish, Hindi and Punjabi.
Pamela's practice includes general civil litigation and transactional services in the areas of business, real estate and tax law.
