This program provides members of a financial institution or other client on retainer with us free access to the firm's Group Legal Plan. Under this plan, you will:
- Be entitled to either a telephone consultation or in-office consultation regarding any legal matters which may arise in association with your business or personal life. This consultation will be at absolutely no charge.
- In the event that you request extensive document review or actual representation by our firm, you will be entitled to such representation at a special discount rate provided only to Group Legal Plan members. You will never be charged unless a specific agreement is reached with you for such services.
We have attorneys practice in the areas of personal injury, business and real estate law, including civil litigation, business creation, sales and employment law. We also have attorneys who specialize in family law, wills and trusts. We also have developed relationships with lawyers who will handle special educational issues against school districts and criminal matters.
