The organizations in which the firm has been active include the Defense Research Institute, the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. We strongly encourage the use of alternative dispute resolution methods in all situations in which we believe that such methods would be of benefit to our clients. We are very sensitive to the high cost of traditional litigation and, whether we are involved in an alternative dispute resolution process or traditional litigation, we strive to provide efficient and cost-effective service in all instances.
