Lauren Doyle is an associate at TLD Law where her practice is focused on corporate counseling, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and estate and tax planning. Lauren works in TLD Law’s Irvine office, and provides legal services to individuals and business clients throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
Lauren has assisted clients in selecting and forming entities, negotiating and drafting capital structure agreements, including stock buy-sell, shareholders, partnership, operating and subscription agreements. She has worked on several large M&A transactions, from negotiating and drafting the letter of intent and purchase agreement, to conducting due diligence, and managing the closing. She also provides day-to-day business operational advice, including issues with corporate governance, contract drafting, and employment issues. She has assisted clients in a variety of industries, such as technology, medical, construction, engineering, accounting, fashion, restaurant, and design industry.
Lauren is an active member in the Irvine Chamber of Commerce where she serves as a member of the planning committee for the Irvine Chamber’s Women of Influence Panel. She is also an active member of the Orange County Bar Associations Business and Corporate, Intellectual Property and Technology Law, and Trusts and Estates sections. She is also an active member in the Orange County startup community, including sponsoring and attending OC Tech Happy Hour events.
Prior to joining TLD, Lauren earned her B.A. from NYU in 2008, where she majored in Journalism and Psychology. She graduated as Salutatorian, 2nd in her class, and summa cum laude from Western State University, College of Law in 2013, where she also served on the editorial board of the Law Review and competed on the Honors Moot Court Team.
Lauren grew up in Irvine and Newport Beach and graduated from Mater Dei High School in 2004.
