What sets Mr. Jimenez apart is his ability to simplify complex matters as well as to relate with the jury.  He uses common themes, anecdotes and visual aids to show key points in his arguments.  He appeals to the common sense of the jurors and poses poignant questions for them to consider instead of lecturing or bombarding the jurors with concepts of law.  He also maintains a positive attitude throughout the trial toward opposing counsel, co-counsel, witnesses and court staff, so the jurors like and trust him when it comes time to present his closing arguments.
