Shannon Jenkins’s litigation experience includes handling disputes primarily for the employer from pre-litigation negotiation through to a jury trial or bench verdict. She also works on individual and class action cases, administrative judicial forums including the Labor Commissioner, the Employment Development Department (EDD), the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), and alternative dispute resolution. Other litigation includes successfully defending sexual harassment claims, alleged discrimination assertions, breach of employment agreements, wage and hour disputes, breach of confidentiality agreements, breach of fiduciary duties, wrongful terminations, and all manner of related tort and contract claims.
