Diversity and inclusion are how we solve our toughest challenges at TLD Law. It’s a common thread in how our attorneys and staff find solutions in order to craft the ideal. We understand how unconscious bias can exist even with the best of intentions. This is why many companies have invested energy and efforts to look not only for diverse outside counsel but also to seek those who use inclusion as a way to problem solve.
And diversity and inclusion are not just about gender. They include ethnicity and culture, age and LGBTQ. We embrace the ideas and thoughts of all of our employees and partners as we strive to continue our tradition of excellence spanning the past 50 years.
In 2018, our women and minority owned law firm joined the less than 1% of law firms nationwide invited to become members of NAMWOLF, the National Association of Woman and Minority Law Firms. NAMWOLF defines itself as is a network of the most outstanding law firms in the country.
In 2017 we became members of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) which is the largest certifier of women-owned businesses in the U.S. and a leading advocate for women business owners and entrepreneurs. The organization promotes diversity, innovation, opens doors, and creates partnerships that fuel the economy. WBEC is the most relied upon certification standard for women-owned businesses and the tools to help them succeed.
We are quite proud to be members of these organizations and to be a law firm that truly walks the walk and talks the talk about diversity and inclusion.
